Tom Doyon, a Kentucky native, whose professional business development career launched with investment firm Morgan Stanley as an investment and insurance advisor. Tom built his keen investment philosophy and business acumen through classical investment discipline and industry mentors along the way; quickly earning industry accolades and opportunities to manage a multi-million-dollar portfolio. From there, Tom took his professional skills into the marketplace with the healthcare giant Humana where he finished a 25-year corporate career of business development. No longer confined to the investment or insurance industry, Tom's passion for business development is now being combined with his passion for renewable energy and sustainable business practices. Over the last 10 years, Tom has consulted on renewable energy projects around the world. Tom utilizes his 35 years of professional experience to positively impact the environment with clean energy. Tom is passionate about the confluence of common-sense business solutions and cutting-edge energy technology business development. As CEO of D2 Sustainable Solutions, Tom is poised to lead into a future of remarkable accomplishments in the areas where profitable energy solutions and sustainability collide, applying clear win-win solutions to a complex development environment for stakeholders and end users alike.

Noah's field experience in electrical contracting on commercial and industrial projects with JD Electric LLC. in Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio has led to his involvement with domestic and international sustainability development. His diligence in working with people and companies have allowed him to know how to work directly with the people of rural communities and the construction industries to become fully sustainable. The equine, agricultural, livestock, and wildlife conservation communities are positioned greatly to become fully sustainable to benefit the people and wildlife. Noah has been fortunate enough to partner with Tom Doyon with his business experience and Noah's field experience to create D2 Sustainable Solutions, LLC. to strategically place all of the moving pieces together in becoming fully sustainable.

Dr. Jagannadh Satyavolu
Dr. Satyavolu is a scientific, process, and business leader with over 30 years of extensive experience in commercial business leadership roles, operations and capital project management, commercial applied technology and academia including formula, product and process technology development, industrial application research, scale-up, trouble-shooting and techno-economic analysis. His work included development of new products and processes in energy, food, chemicals, paper and other industrial markets; novel separation technologies; process integration and economics, water treatment and recycling, and waste to energy conversion technologies.
